About the service

Viewlix — IPTV built specifically for Amazon Fire TV

What we do, who we are, how the service is engineered for FireStick households, and why we picked Amazon Fire TV as the device we optimise for.

Built for Fire TV

Why we engineer specifically for the FireStick

Viewlix exists because nine out of ten UK IPTV customers watch on an Amazon Fire TV Stick. It is the dominant streaming device in British homes — cheaper than a single Sky subscription month, smaller than a deck of cards, and runs every major IPTV player. So we made a deliberate engineering choice to optimise our entire CDN, our channel mix, our EPG sync schedule, and our support documentation for FireStick households.

Edge nodes pre-cache the most-watched UK channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, TNT) for Fire OS devices specifically. Our Downloader install codes are tested on every FireStick model from the 1st-gen Stick to the Cube Gen 3 every release. The 14-day XMLTV EPG is tuned to load fast on the Smarters Pro UI — channel art appears within 60 seconds, not five minutes. None of these are flashy features, but they make the difference between "this is the best IPTV I've used" and "decent but laggy".

What's included with every Viewlix subscription

  • 92,000+ live channels (UK terrestrial + Sky Sports + TNT Sports + Premier + every major European league + international football + UFC + F1 + boxing).
  • 200,000+ on-demand films and series, browsable from inside Smarters Pro's VOD tab.
  • Full 14-day XMLTV EPG syncing automatically into Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV and any XMLTV-aware player.
  • Xtream Codes API + standard m3u URL + XMLTV EPG URL — every credential type, every player supported.
  • 4K UHD with HDR10 / Dolby Vision on the Fire TV Stick 4K Max and Cube Gen 3 (channel-dependent).
  • WhatsApp support with sub-4-minute average response, 24/7 UK staffing.

How we operate (transparency)

Viewlix is an IPTV middleware service — we provide an m3u URL and Xtream Codes API credentials that point to a stable channel server farm. We do not host, store, record, transcode or rebroadcast any content; we route. That separation is what allows us to publish clear UK-facing terms, run a real customer support team, and stay around long-term — unlike the throwaway IPTV providers that disappear after six months.

We accept Stripe card payments and PayPal — both standard UK payment processors that require KYC and bank reconciliation. That alone filters out the cowboys; the FireStick sellers on Facebook Marketplace who only accept bank transfer or crypto cannot pass Stripe's checks. If you can pay us with a regular Visa, you're dealing with a regulated UK-facing entity.

We use WhatsApp as our only support channel because it's faster than email (20× the response speed), it preserves conversation context across multiple troubleshooting steps, and every UK customer already has it installed. Setup help, EPG sync issues, Downloader install code resets, payment questions — all handled in one continuous WhatsApp thread per customer. No tickets, no ticket queue, no five-day reply times.

Viewlix — IPTV engineered for the Amazon FireStick

Nine out of ten UK IPTV customers watch on an Amazon Fire TV Stick. It's the dominant streaming device in British homes — cheaper than a single Sky subscription month, smaller than a deck of cards, and runs every major IPTV player. So we made a deliberate engineering choice: Viewlix is the only UK IPTV subscription built specifically for FireStick households. Every part of our service — CDN edge-cache priorities, EPG sync schedule, Downloader install code system, support documentation — is optimised for Amazon Fire TV.

What that means in practice

Our edge servers pre-cache the most-watched UK channels (BBC One, BBC Two, ITV1, Sky Sports Premier League, TNT Sports 1, Sky F1) specifically for Fire OS devices. A Fire TV Stick 4K Max can zap between BBC and Sky Sports in under 800ms — faster than any Sky Q box. The 14-day XMLTV EPG loads into Smarters Pro's main grid within 60 seconds, with channel logos and programme art populating automatically. None of this is flashy, but it's the difference between "this is the best IPTV I've ever used" and "decent but laggy".

Every Fire TV model is supported

We test every Smarters Pro APK release against the full FireStick lineup: 1st-gen Stick (pre-2020), 2nd-gen Stick, 3rd-gen Stick, Stick Lite, Stick 4K, Stick 4K Max, Cube Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3, plus the built-in Fire TV smart TVs from Insignia, Toshiba, Hisense and the Amazon Omni QLED line. Our Downloader install codes are confirmed working on each model — we don't ship a "works on the latest one only" experience.

Why we picked WhatsApp for support

Email-based IPTV support is why every other UK provider has 3-day reply times. We chose WhatsApp because every UK customer already has it installed, replies are 20× faster than email, and one continuous conversation thread per customer means we never lose context between support touches — especially when troubleshooting FireStick sideload edge cases that need several back-and-forth messages with screenshots. Average response: under 4 minutes, 24/7.
