How the trial credentials work on your FireStick
After you submit the trial form we WhatsApp you three things within 15 minutes (often within 5): (1) a 6-digit Downloader install code to sideload Smarters Pro on your FireStick, (2) your Xtream Codes — server URL, username and password — to paste into Smarters Pro after install, and (3) the XMLTV EPG URL if you want to load the TV guide manually into TiviMate or Perfect Player. The credentials are live for 24 hours from the moment we activate them.
Test priorities — what matters in the first hour
Most trial customers test the same three things in the same order: (1) the channels they care about most — usually Sky Sports Premier League, TNT Sports, BBC iPlayer, and the BBC/ITV catch-up libraries, (2) channel zap speed (switch back and forth between Sky Sports and BBC One — should be under 1 second on a Stick 4K Max, under 1.5 seconds on a Stick Lite), and (3) picture quality on a busy peak-hour stream (3pm Saturday kickoff is the toughest test).
