Viewlix Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. Read these terms carefully before subscribing. By paying for a Viewlix subscription or starting a free trial, you accept these terms in full.
1. Service overview
Viewlix provides IPTV middleware — specifically, an m3u playlist URL and Xtream Codes API credentials that route to a curated channel server farm. We do not host, store, transcode, record, or rebroadcast any video or audio content. We do not own broadcast rights to any programming. We provide credentials; your IPTV player application (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, Stream Player, or any compatible m3u client) loads the content via your own internet connection.
2. Subscription plans and pricing
Viewlix offers four plan durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Each plan is available with 1, 2, 3, or 4 simultaneous device streams. Pricing is published transparently on our /pricing/ page in GBP. The displayed price is the price charged at checkout — there are no hidden fees, no setup charges, no automatic upgrades.
3. Eligibility and age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to subscribe. By purchasing, you confirm you are an adult and that you have authority to use the payment method you submit. The service is intended for adults; certain channel categories (such as adult entertainment) are opt-out by default but can be enabled through WhatsApp support if you confirm your age.
4. Content licensing and DMCA
Because we are a middleware service and do not host content, copyright complaints regarding specific programming should be directed to the upstream content provider, not to Viewlix. If you believe a particular channel feed in your playlist violates copyright, contact us via WhatsApp and we will remove the channel from the upstream playlist within 48 hours. Viewlix complies with all applicable UK and EU intellectual-property laws.
5. Service availability and SLA
Viewlix targets 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Brief maintenance windows (typically under 30 minutes) are scheduled outside UK peak hours where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by your ISP, your hardware (including FireStick failures), your local WiFi, regional cable cuts, or force majeure events.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Free 24-hour trial accounts can be cancelled at any time before they expire by simply not paying — no action required. Paid annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Monthly, quarterly, and 6-month plans are not refundable after activation because the activation cost is upfront-amortised across the term; however, you can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation requests go via WhatsApp.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, if we detect: (a) sharing of credentials beyond the purchased device count, (b) attempts to resell or sublicense the service, (c) fraudulent payment activity, (d) abuse of our infrastructure (denial-of-service, port scanning, traffic flooding), or (e) any use that breaches UK law in your region of residence.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewlix's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits, missed programming events, or the cost of replacement IPTV services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice posted on this page. Material changes (such as price increases on already-purchased plans, which we never make) would also be notified via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved through the courts of England, except that consumer customers retain the rights of their local jurisdiction.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: WhatsApp the support number published on /contact/. For legal notices or formal correspondence, use the same WhatsApp number — we will direct you to the appropriate channel.
FireStick-specific terms
Because Viewlix is built specifically for Amazon Fire TV households, a few of our terms apply most directly to FireStick users and are worth calling out:
Sideloading and Developer Options
Installing IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate on your FireStick requires enabling Amazon's Developer Options menu and the "Apps from Unknown Sources" toggle. These features are built into every Fire TV OS by Amazon explicitly for sideloading purposes — they are not third-party modifications. Enabling them does not void your Amazon warranty, does not modify Fire OS itself, and is fully reversible at any time through the same Settings menu. By using Viewlix you confirm you understand the sideload process and accept responsibility for installing the player app of your choice on your own FireStick.
Multi-device counts on FireStick
Each Viewlix plan specifies a maximum number of simultaneous streams (1, 2, 3, or 4). On a FireStick that translates directly to the number of Sticks that can stream Viewlix content at the exact same moment. You can paste the same Xtream Codes into Smarters Pro on as many FireSticks as you want — but only the purchased number can stream concurrently. Sharing credentials with people outside your household is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension as described in section 7.
Third-party hardware liability
Viewlix is not affiliated with Amazon, the manufacturer of the Fire TV Stick line. We have no relationship with Amazon, no ability to influence Fire OS updates, and no liability for any defect, malfunction, or end-of-life status of your FireStick hardware. If your Fire TV Stick stops working for reasons unrelated to Viewlix's IPTV service (battery failure in the remote, HDMI port damage, Fire OS bricking due to a forced Amazon update, etc.), our liability extends only to refunding any unused portion of an annual subscription on a pro-rata basis. Monthly customers in this situation simply do not renew.
Channel availability changes
The 92,000+ channel list we provide is sourced from upstream broadcast feeds that are themselves subject to change. Specific Sky Sports, TNT Sports, or premium movie channels may be added, removed, or rebranded by their respective rights-holders at any time — Sky changed its sports channel branding in 2023, TNT Sports replaced BT Sport in 2023, the Premier Sports lineup expanded in 2024. Viewlix tracks these changes and updates the playlist within hours of the change taking effect, but we cannot guarantee any specific channel will remain in the lineup indefinitely. If a channel is permanently removed and was central to your subscription value, you may request a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription time via WhatsApp.
